Mini Crostini with ML – Four Colour Roll
Ingredients:
| • ML – Four Colour Roll | 1 roll |
| • Baguette | 8 slices |
| • Olives Oil | 2 teaspoon |
| • Salt & Pepper | To taste |
| • Cream Cheese | 40g |
| • Cherry Tomatoes | 2 pcs |
Instructions:
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 180°C
Step 2
Slice ML – Four Colour Roll & Baguette at angle, to the thickness of your preference.
Step 3
Arrange your sliced baguette on your baking rack/baking paper, drizzle baguette with olives oil and sprinkle with salt & pepper
Step 4
Bake them for 10-12 minutes
Step 5
While waiting for the baguette, cut the cherry tomatoes into quarter
Step 6
Spread the baked baguette with Cream Cheese.
*Tips: You can use flavoured cream cheese too!
Step 7
Lay ML – Four Colour Roll on top of baguette, then top with cherry tomatoes.
Step 8
Serve your appetiser and impress your guests!
