ML – Four Colour Roll with Spicy Thai Basil Chicken Bento
Ingredients:
• ML – Four Colour Roll | 1 roll |
• Oyster Sauce | 2 tablespoon |
• Soy Sauce | 1 tablespoon |
• Fish Sauce | 2 teaspoon |
• Brown Sugar | 2 tablespoon |
• White Pepper | 1 teaspoon |
• Minced Chicken | 500g |
• Shallots (Sliced) | 35g |
• Garlic (Minced) | 4 cloves |
• Red Chilli (Sliced) | 3 pcs |
• Thai Basil Leaves (Sliced) | 1 handful |
Instructions:
Step 1
Slice ML – Four Colour Roll into 1cm thickness, heat them in air-fryer at 180°C for 4 minutes and set them aside.
Step 2
Mix oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, and white pepper well.
Step 3
Heat skillet over high heat, add oil and minced chicken, stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 4
Stir in shallots, garlic, and red chilis. Cooking in high heat for another 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 5
Stir in the sauces mixture for another 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from heat
Step 6
Stir in Thai Basil Leaves, mix well. Serve with hot rice and ML – Four Colour Roll slices. Enjoy!
