How to prepare Yong Tau Foo with ML Sotong Paste:
Step 1: Defrost ML Sotong Paste
Step 2: Mix it with any other meat paste according to your preference on the ratio of 1:1
Step 3: Season the Paste Mixture according to your preference (optional)
Step 4: Stuff the Paste Mixture into Chili, Okra, Fried Tofu Puff, or any other food that you like!
Step 5: Steam / Boil / Pan-Fry your Yong Tau Foo
Step 6: Enjoy!
ML Sotong Paste is easy to use with great stickiness that hold other meat pastes together, so that they won’t fall apart while you’re cooking them. It gives them a great texture too!
It is well seasoned, but you can add in more flavour (Sesame Oil, Pepper, etc.) on your preferences too!
