Buttermilk Style ML – Four Colour Roll

Ingredients:

ML – Four Colour Roll 3 roll
Butter 75g
Red Chilli 1 pcs
Curry Leaves 1 stalk
Evaporated Milk 1 can
Sugar 40g
Salt To taste
Curry Powder 1 pinch

 

Instructions:

Step 1

Slice ML – Four Colour Roll to the thickness you prefer

Step 2

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

Step 3

After the butter melted, add in curry leaves and red chili , cook until fragrant.

Step 4

Add in evaporated milk, sugar and curry powder into the mixture and cook until the sauce thicken. Season with salt.

Step 5

Toss the ML – Four Colour Roll into the sauce until every pieces are coated with the sauce. Let the roll cook in the sauce for 1 – 2 minutes.

Step 6

Serve it hot and enjoy!
